Blossom in Blue

Wow, you've captured a beautiful object there and you did great <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>

The focus on the little bulb in the middle seems very good and with the brighter edges it almost looks as if it's glowing in the midst of all the little dark leaves. The outer petals look very good as well. The colours of the whole flower are so many tones of blue and purple and you can see the nice colour gradient there. I also like the darker contrast of all the little leaf veins on them.
There are only two things I'd like to see in a different manner:
First of all the lower left corner. It would have been even greater if the blue flower you focused on had filled the whole picture.
The second thing is that I think that the pistil is a little too close to the center of the picture. Not knowing what's beyond the right edge of the picture I would simply suggest moving it maybe a little more to the left and upwards and solve two things in one go <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>
